I am writing to thank you for providing us with such a reliable service. We would not be able to do the sort of work we do and for the type of clients without the backup and support of your company. We have been seeking out an electrical company like yours for years. One who is not only able to submit prices and breakdowns on time, but also have the polite and professional staff willing to go the extra mile.Your staff are always on time, very presentable and polite but also carry out the work to an exceptional standard. Not only this, but they all have a very extensive knowledge about the trade and how to overcome problems and so mitigating costs. We have been invited to tender on other works due to GA’s performance on projects that required a high level of attention to detail. I am writing to express my thanks for the support you have given to our organisation by donating and installing lighting in our previously dark car park and garden area at Beaverbrooks House. The lighting has completely transformed our outside space into a safe place for our young and adult carers to now use for a variety of respite activities, during the evening.
I have to commend the gentlemen who worked on the job. There was minimal disruption to us and they were very tidy, even hoovering up after themselves!
We are delighted with the air conditioning that has recently been installed. We were given a demonstration on the use of the appliance by infinity engineers and been left an Operational Manual.
We would also like to say how amazing the gentlemen who installed the system have been. Not only were they super quick and efficient, but were amazingly accommodating as they worked around our show preparations and were very considerate to the needs of our young people who were attending during the time. An incredible team, and they even washed up their tea cups! Thank you.
